(The "Company, "We" or "Us") created this Privacy Policy to provide you information about how We collect and use information, including personally identifiable information, respecting the privacy rights of our customers, visitors, and other users of the Company's Website, www.adfall.com (the "Website" or "Site”). As part of the normal operation of our services We collect and, in some cases, may disclose information about you. By accepting this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.


1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that can identify you such as your name and email address and other information that does not identify you. When you provide personal information through our Website, the information will be sent to servers located in the United States and other countries around the world.
For Social Members, your email address, postal address and telephone number are confidential and will not be posted in your profile. For all members, your profile is available for other members or visitors to view. Members' profiles may include a description, photos and other information helpful in determining matches. For Social Members, your viewable profile does not include any identifying information about you, except your first and last name, which you provide upon registering, and your description and photos, if any, that you provide. The profile for a Business Member will include the member's business email address, business postal address and business telephone number. The aforesaid disclosures with respect to Business Members supersedes any other provision contained in this Privacy Policy.
 

2. Use of Your Information

We use information in the files and databases We maintain about you, and the other information We obtain from your current and past activities on the Website to:

  • Deliver the services and products that you have requested;
  • Manage your account and provide you with customer support;
  • Enforce our terms and conditions;
  • Manage our business;
  • Perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.

 

3. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Profile

Following registration, you can review and change the information you submitted during registration. For example, if you change your name or email address, We will retain a record of your old name and email address.
Upon your notification, We will remove your membership from our active databases as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our policy and applicable law.
We will retain in our files information you have requested be removed from our active databases for certain purposes, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions. Further, such prior information may never be completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored backup systems.

You must promptly notify Us if your credit card, user name, or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, We will remove that credit card number, user name, or password from your account and update our records accordingly.

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and other third parties to enforce laws, as well as investigate and prosecute unlawful activities such as frauds and scams. Through regular use of the Site, as a member you might have access to another member’s contact or personally identifiable information. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that you may not disclose another member’s personally identifiable information to any third party in any situation unless: (i) the terms of this Privacy Policy permit disclosure; (ii) you have obtained permission from the other member; (iii) you have obtained the permission of the Company; (iv) law enforcement agencies require disclosure to enforce a law, or otherwise require disclosure to investigate or prosecute unlawful activities such as frauds and scams.

When you sign in to your account on our Site, We will record your member ID in the cookie file on your computer. We also may record your encrypted password in this cookie file, if you indicated that you would like your password saved for automatic sign-in. If you do so, some of the features and services of our website may not function properly.
 

10. GPS Tracking

Use of the Site's "BUZZ" services requires the use of GPS and Wi-Fi technology in order to determine your position. These features cannot be provided without utilizing this technology. Accordingly, use of the "BUZZ" services will mean your current location at the time of your "BUZZ" posting will be made available to the public.
 

11. Information Others Collect

In order to improve the Site, We utilize web analytics software (“Software”) to collect information about use of the Site.  This Software collects users’ information such as visiting frequency, pages visited, and location. The Software also plants a permanent cookie on a user’s Web browser to identify that user as unique. The Software identifies a user solely by IP address, and does not identify a user by name or other personally identifiable information. We do not combine the information collected with other personally identifiable information.

The Site contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
If you post information about yourself or others, or communicate with others using our Site, please note that We cannot control who reads your postings or what they do with the information you provide. We encourage you to use caution in posting personal information.

Children are not eligible to use our services and We ask and demand that persons under the age of 13 do not submit any personal information to us.
